Channel Program Implementation & Management Implements channel programs and policies as directed by corporate leadership. Recruits, approves, and manages Agents. Manages channel portfolio effectively to avoid potential conflicts with other sales team members. Agent Channel Manager works to ensure effective implementation of the company strategies and tactics designed to obtain goals and objectives. Business Development & Sales Achievement Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to create more revenue generating opportunities. Responsible for territory sales volume and quota on a monthly basis through Agent sales channels. Provides weekly sales forecasting to leadership. Expected to meet a monthly sales quota(s) as set by leadership. Responsible for interfacing with assigned agent for the purpose of growing the business relationship and achieving the budgeted sales volumes. Manages defined revenue and volume objectives for each Agent. Agent Training & Support Continually educates and trains Agents on Business products and services. Coordinate with corporate trainers to provide specific product training to Agents. Meeting with Agents to align business goals between the Agent and Business, and establishing plans of action for the Agent to achieve those goals. Lead Management Efficiently identify appropriate Account Executive to close sales leads that referral agents generate (when applicable).
